Default 150 E-Tec Prop

Sorry no video this time but we have made the decision to go with the 14.8 X 17 stainless viper prop. *Dave at Lockemans, our Evinrude dealer, originally put a 14.75 X 17 alu prop. *With this prop we got 43 mph at 5100 RPMs. *Trying to acheive 5500 to 5800 Rs lockmans raised the motor 3/4 of an inch there was some improvement but not the 5500+ Rs. *Lockemans then let us use a new 15 X15 alu and a 14.8 X 17 stainless viper. *The 15 X 15 gave us more Rs 5300 but was slower. *We then tried the Stainless. *I have never gone 46 MPH in any boat but in my V20 its awesome. *Rs were around 5300 at 70% trim. *I was riding on the back bench seat when Dan shut her down quickly. *I slid off the seat and the seat followed over on top of me laughing loudly. *If I had a video of this I'd gladly share it with you. *Stainless it is! *We'll have a little bling at the ramp. *Billy Mac *;D ;D

The prop we used is a demo 14.8 X 17. I believe it is a stock item. We will purchase it at Lockemans our evinrude dealer. Did you get a rebate letter from BRP for prop purchases? Billy Mac ;D

by changing only 1 pitch you will only gain 100 to 200 RPM's
