After finding that the cheap sealant used on the fin has left the building, simply remove offending fin and built up ( insert colorful medafore here) as well as wax and so on

removed the fin to find this!

so I scrubbed cleaned and dewaxed then

replace hardware with amply 5200

weight and then waite

while I have your attention, notice this cooler

that's right!!!

not even on sale. now imagine the cooler set 3' into the deck of my boat just behind the captain's chair with piping and a recirculating pump and wala a $50 live bait well!!
