Default V-20 Sea-Tow

"Found V-20 while Peeing'' thread opened a whole story...

Some time back, a guy on Lake Murray, decided to operate a Sea-Tow franchise on the lake...apparently knowing the mighty V-20's capabilities, collected 3 of late '70s vintage and got at least one of them painted Sea-Tow RED (Fire Engine) before finding out someone else beat him to a final franchise agreement w/ Sea-Tow...

So the '78 I discovered the other day was one, another got painted, and the 3rd one is around somewhere and sounds ''accessible"...

Lesterus wants the front hatch-lids off one, and the one I found in the slip is now For Sale...I urged the guy (BoatMan) to register here and get some pics to post ....so that one will be coming to a computer-screen near you in the near future ;) ;D ...

Generally you are right, but I have seen RED Sea-Tow boats also...he may have used ''Sea-Tow" genericly and the guy in fact was dealin' w/ Boat US...

Me too, I have and it and have used it a couple times. Other than the boat being broken it is a more enjoyable experience than you might imagine. :)
