The NEW YORK TIMES ran a story reporting Republican Kevin McCarthy said trump should resign because of his connection to the Jan 6 Capitol attack .

McCarthy then DENIED the Times report - which trump lovers calling it “ fake news” etc, etc.

Then the Times posted the VOICE RECORDING of McCarthy saying that very thing - that trump should resign.

McCarthy - caught in his LIE has now gone silent - likely working on his “ excuse”
