Default cost on replacing soft spots

have an 87 center console in mostly good condition. its starting to develop some soft spots in the floor. what is involved in fixing the spots. I know the cap would have to be separated but what would be an average price to do the work? just a ball park?

No need to pull cap for soft spots in deck. Cut out bad area and replace with good. If you use polyester, you can re gelcoat, if you use epoxy, you have to paint deck.
