Default WOW my wife can cook !!!!

Just had the flounder and cod caught Saturday and was fantastic.............as usual.

With coos coos and baby asparagus........

Yum... and I don't even know how she prepared it. Those are some great eating fish. For my money they rank right up there with Salmon and Trout as the top 4.

So are you putting the emphasis on "can" or "cook"? Are you surprised that she can cook or just giving us a general statement cuz one could probably get you in trouble.

Sounds delicious, it's been a long time since I ate my own catch. These days we do more just "buzz fishing". Throw a double leader on the bottom with some squid on it and let the croakers and spot go to town. Hoping once I get my boat straight my father in law will take me out doing some serious fishing. He can slay the cobia and stripers with the best of them.

I hear ya. Nothing like fresh catch. In the fall I get hooked up with alot of Striper and my wife does a few different things with it. Nice to have a good wife around.

Agree it is all really good, flounder, striper, bsb, and I really can dig down on some trigger fish seared on a cast iron pan.
