Default Gas tanks

Hi Everyone... New to the forum and still trying to figure things out.. I have an 86 V 20 Steplift and am starting the rebuild... I think somebody did replacement on the gas tank and did an awful job!!!!! I also do not think it is the original size.
I was wondering if any body has pics or specs on the gas tank for this boat..

Thanks to all

Thanks for the info.... Will be cutting the floor out this week if the weather holds.. I believe that they found a tank and modified the opening to fit the tank... Will be interesting to look at..

Does and body have any thoughts about waterproofing (as much as possible) the gas tank compartment and then flooring over it completely?

Just make sure you have access to work on hoses or sending unit.
