Merry Christmas to y'all
been an odd Christmas this year. I've got plenty to be thankful for, but I still have a lot on my plate. First, I want to give thanks for the heath of my family. Second I want to say I really miss my Mother this Christmas, she's in a better place and no longer in pain, but I still miss her. But nowhere near as much as my Father, keep him in your prayers this holiday season, its been 60 years since he's spent it without his wife. We spent Christmas with our friend Eric, I fear it will be his last(he's not doing well), keep Eric and his family in your Christmas prayers. And lastly, my friend and neighbor George, he's spending his Christmas in jail as a result of a cheating wife(trumped up bs charges). His two sons had Christmas morning knowing their father was in jail. Its too long of a story to post up on here, but its a total BS situation that's a result of his wife being unfaithful.
Almost forgot, thanks and Merry Christmas to every one serving their country that's away from their family tonight!

Spare, prayers continuing to be sent for Eric. Sorry for your neighbor's problems. Hope they get sorted out soon. I lost my mom this year also, so I know only too well the hole in the middle of your heart. Thank you for all your help and guidance over the past year to me and everyone else on this site. You and Ferm are two beacons of knowledge that I can only hope to emulate. God bless you and Merry Christmas!!!

Dave all we can do as human beings is be there for them and try to ease their burdens. You my friend go out of your way to be that someone, God Bless you and your family and prayers for Eric and your Dad.
