Default Well its time....

Went to the doctor and after looking at all the blood work and feeling like I have been he said its time to start dialysis. But first we have to do the blood test for Hepatitise, and TB. Had the bloood work done yesterday for the Hep test and going today for the TB.
I was hoping till after Xmas and may still get luck, as I have to get the tests done first? Said the first treatment has to be done at the hosiptal after which I can go to the center near my house.
I took a tour of it last month amnd its brandnew, clean and nice paople working there. But I saw a few getting their treatment and I was like I am not like one of them!! Hanging off thee chairs looking half dead! Not a good feeling for sure, he said that I should feel better but after seeing the others I am not thinking BETTER is the right word!
So I won't be around as much as my treatments will be M,W,F 4 hours a day plus setting up, so its going to be a huge chunk of my time. We will see about the Better thing??

Joe

Hate to hear this MJ. I gotta do something now to prevent the same thing happening to me down the road. Hang in there, I sincerely hope your doctor is right and you start to actually feel better. That will make it all worth it. Besides, those grandkids need their grandpa.. who else is gonna teach them to spit and cuss?

A good old friend of mine had to do the same thing MJ, three days a week. He did feel better a little while after the treatments.
He did what he had to do to stay alive, that's what it came down to for him.
I hope things go as smooth as possible for you my friend

Hopefully it will make you feel better and the 4 hours will go by easily.

Don't worry, we will not post porn when you are out.

The treatment will clean out the toxins in your body and yes, you will feel better after them. Plus, once you start, they will monitor how your body responds and will adjust the schedule and time accordingly. Good luck MC. My prayers and I'm sure everyone else's go out to you.

Hang in there Joe , its a shock to see what they do , but after a few sesions you will be ok with it. As a firefighter medic I transported a lot of folks to there treatment and they all said how much better they felt after.
You just keep the faith we will plan a fishing trip on an off day

Smoke thanks for thew offer!! I will be watching the mail for the delivery! lol I have been thinking of one but thats the best I can do as there is no cash for Oil let alone a tablet! I have been getting Desiel Fuel 6 gal at a time, cause the oil co. will only do 100 gal loads and at $4 a gal I and no income i am screwed! I have been able to keep up so far keeping the temp set at 65* and the gauge is reading almost 1/4 tank, but its going to 10* each night now for the next week, I told the wife to turn up the eletric blanket. her the dog and cat have never been so close LOL! got to laugh at something or I am going to hurt someone!
