Just got back from a week at Nags Head, ate some great seafood! Went to Awful Authurs almost every day for lunch. Had a grilled marinated sandwich one day and it was probley the best Ive ever had. Found out they marinade a slab of fresh Mahi in Italian dressing for an hour or two and grill a couple of minutes on each side. Slap it on a bun with Mayo, tomato and lettuce and its unreal!! When we were leaving we rode down to Oneal's seafood market in Wanchese and bought some Tuna and Mahi and Ive already tried grilling some Mahi marinated in Olive Garden Italian dressing at home. Its Great!!

Italian dressing marinade is an old standby for dolphin and wahoo. Dang good on chicken also if you ask me. Seems there are a fair share of people that don't care for it but I'm not one of them. Quick, easy and delicious.
