Traded some firewood to a commerical fisherman for a nice rock the other day. Brought it in, cleaned it and baked it with cut up potatoes, few onions and bacon strips top and bottom, salt and pepper. It was delicious!!We ate everything but the backbone! Can't wait to get another one, would like to get enough to make a muttle.
