Evinrude 130 Rectifier?

96' Evinrude 130 v-4

Went to take the boat out this past weekend and had no fire so I started troubleshooting using this guide. http://www.outboardignition.com/page30.asp "Four Cylinder Engines" at bottom of page.

I do not have spark on any cylinder until I remove the yellow wires from the rectifier. I then gain spark on the #1, #2 and #3 cylinders.

I plan on replacing the rectifier. My question is regarding the #4 cylinder with no spark. Could this be an issue related to the rectifier or another problem all together? With a faulty rectifier unhooked should I gain spark on all cylinders?
