Default 180 Fisherman Console Grab Rail

Looking for a mid 80s (should be like 84-92) console grab rail for my 85 180 fisherman. Must be in great shape.

If you find one at all you wont be picky. Keep in mind you are looking for a 20-30 year old part.

I wonder if the grab rail is the same on your 18' as the 20' center consoles? I have one if it is. Great shape and I plan to be going your way on the March 17-20. If you think it is worth a try I can bring it.

I know they look the same just about... Would you be willing to measure mounting pad to mounting pad, and then maybe the total width, depth, height? Hate for you to lug it for nothing.. I'll check your measurements vs my console and we will go from there.. I appreciate it!

Draglink was interested but the freight was the issue.
handrail 001.jpg

handrail 002.jpg

This handrail wraps around the back of the console where the step is on the side. It has two mounting pads per side plus a rear center post that attaches at the rear of the console. The rear center post can be seen in the picture, where the back if the chair is)

Measurement from mounting pad to mounting pad on the lower and furthest aft pads is 29 3/8" inside to inside (farthest from the wall in the pictures)
The distance between the mounting pads that are a little higher up and mount close to the front of the console is 29" (closest to the wall in picture)

Outside demensions
The outside width in the rear is 33 1/2"
The outside width in the front is 33 7/8"
The depth is 23" front to rear.
The height is 27" in the front where the railing fits over the top of the windscreen.

For quick reference your console would need to measure approx 29" wide and no less than 22" deep front to rear to use this handrail.

Measure it up and get back to me. It is sitting here in the office, waiting for a new home...
