Default Buyer Beware

Seen this v20 on ebay listed by Boat angles ..If you search the listing the boat comes with bill of sale only ,,No title No registration,,I called Delware DNR and they say the boat can not be sold with only a bill of sale ,,I call boat angles and they say that thats all they have is a bill of sale ,No title no registration

yea looks like trouble to a potential buyer. I guess if one could get it for a couple of hundred bucks you could take the parts you want and sell some and recoup your money. I wouldnt think that Boat Angels would get involved with a sale without the proper paperwork.

Scared me for a minute,
I looked quick and saw Delaware and thought somebody stole my "V" and was trying to unload it.
But then I saw thw pix, NOT MINE.

I look at Boat Angel boats all the time online. Usually I find that when there's a really bad problem they just don't show it. Look at the pics..There isn't a single shot of the whole boat or the interior or exterior backside. Looks like they are more interested in selling the rusty trailer then the boat, cause that's what they are showing the most pictures of.


In NJ you need a title for the boat. You can register the trailer with just a Bill of Sale, but not the boat.
