2 starflite 1966 100hp outboards ???

I have a 1977 wellcraft sunhatch .I have 3 late 1960's evinrude starflite electric shift outboards.Now when I get 2 of them running perfect would I be able to mount them on my boat?-The tag on the boat says its rated for up to 215 hp for the outboard.I have rebuilt my transom reglassed it .I have been told buy a fellow boater that the old outboards are simply to heavy.would the 1 outboard be enough??-Yes I am the guy that posted about putting a 60hp Gale on the boat and now I have been picking up outboards to add power to the boat.Thanks Again for any advise!
