Default Water coming out of exhaust

Like the title says I have water coming out of the top exhaust port on my 91 merc 135. This never happened before so I assume i screwed something up when replacing the impellar or t-stats. What do you guys think I should look for first? Thanks

Not really sure what you mean by the "top exhaust port". Got a pic you can show us?

Thanks

Not sure about the Merc's but the Rudes do that when the t'stats open. Hard to see them working when attached to a hose. Better seen when in the water or in a barrel.

Honest opinion is you fixed the problem.

Oh, ok. Yep, it's normal. My 200 Merc does the same thing. Rest easy
