Default wellcraft to start reproducing the step v 21?

A friend informed me that Wellcraft is going to be manufacturing the step v 21. Has anyone heard about this or is it just a rumor?

My Guess ---Rumor. Wellcraft pulled their entire operation out of Sarasota, Florida. Genmar, the parent company is not exactly strong financially. Bankruptcy would be closer to the truth IMO. The Wellcraft website has not been updated in ages as they still have employment opportunities listed for Sarasota.
They make the Sportsman Line and the Fisherman Line but the old steplift hull with the big flare is nowhere to be found.

I not only think they could sell a few units but I want to supersize my next one. How about a 9' beam 25' with the lines of the 70's models, all composite, cuddy, dual or center clean as a Parker and capable of holding twin 4-strokes on a bracket. Basically a Bonadeo I could afford.
