Default Worn out bearings

I've got a steering issue that is bearing related. Today I pulled up on the foot and noticed that the lower bearing on the "main mounting"(not sure what else to call it) shaft is wasted.

The problem I am having is figuring out what it is called so that I can find bearings to replace them (upper and lower), also I need to know how to replace them.

I wonder why they didn't use bearings?

Anyway thanks guys. I look up the swivel pin.

Now how do I replace the pin bushing?

nylon bushing would out last a bearing as that area is under water, bearings wouldn't last 6 weeks. salt would kill them.
