A good used tank is gonna be difficult to find...unless somebody is scrapping a whole boat...

Hey Spareparts!!...anything left of Carey's V??...

If one doesn't turn up soon, you might have to dig a little deeper and get a new one...you won't regret it...

Cool

I just recently replaced my tank, from Sunshine Marine Tanks in Florida. Exact match to specs, for my 87 20' was $460.00 plus shipping.
Very pleased with the quality and service.
Used tanks are going to be hard to find especially in usable condition.
I would be happy to answer any questions if you have any.

Tommy..

Cool tank

As a matter of fact,
that's how I found out about the forum, trying to find information on replacing my tank!! I can't describe the confidence I have in my boat after putting in a new one! There are a lot of helpful people out here! I would never have dreamed of being able to do the work myself without their help.

Moeller makes several plastic below deck tanks that might do what you want.
What gallon tank are you looking for?
Not knowing what the boat has, I would expect for it to be a 34 gallon (#032534) or 55 gallon (#032555) belly tank.

Problem is, I've not been able to find a distributor for these numbers other than Boaters World and a couple of other people.
Look at the dimensions and see if these will work, then we'll see if there are alternatives.
Bad comes to worst you got the people RABBIT said or http://www.rdsaluminum.com/marine-stock-below.html

Question 1984 fisherman centerconsole fuel tank? moeller

ok i pulled the old rotted aluminum 60 gallon fuel tank out of the 1984 fisherman center console . my next question is will the moeller 55 gallon tank fit? has anyone used one of these tanks in the fisherman center console? the 700$ quote i got for a new aluminum tank is caused me to look at the $350 moeller tank .

I put a 40 gallon plastic tank in mine that I got from Flounder Pounder, it was like $200 including shipping if I recall correctly...just depends on how much range you need and the fuel consumption of you rig.
