Roe from 8 bass....squeezed outta the sac
 4 eggs beaten  1TBL of butter in skillet  The end result:  It ended up being the absolute smoothest and greatest tasteing eggs Ive ever had. VERY good stuff!

What does the roe taste like? My boss says the crappie roe is best. I cleaned one 2 weeks ago and she was full. I chunked the roe. I'm a scaredy cat.

Stink, ROE ROCKS!!!!! Awsome post! You must have some Geechee in you somewhere down the line. I love any roe fried or smoked. Try mixing it in your hush puppy batter.
