Default Not happy with BOATS.net

I ordered a trim relay for my 150 merc from boats.net. After 2 weeks of waiting on it I called and they informed me that their computers had experienced some problems and they expected it in a week, and that "somebody should have called me." Didn't mention anything about it being on backorder.
The ship date they told me was about another week after that phone call. So I waited. I waited 31 days total and called them again. This time they say that they're still waiting on it, its on backorder. Not apologetic at all...very hunky dory in their attitude. So I canceled it.
I ordered the part (through Amazon.com) from Starbooard Supply (for about %15 more), payed for the cheapest shipping and had the part in LESS than 48 hours. I won't be dealing with them anymore...that'll teach me to go with the cheapest price!

Also, look very closely at the shipping rate on these websites that has the cheapest price.
I paid $15 more for a gas tank and saved $35 in shipping.
