I'm surprised at you F150 5.4 litre guys ... interstate cruisin' @ 70 has gotten me as good as 20 mpg ... now if I stay in it, that goes down quick, but if it's mileage ya want, ya gotta get that foot outta that firewall ;) ...or at least it works on mine ;D ...
