the only way they will send me new stuff is as an upgrade, which will cost me money(never did get a straight answer on how much), and they want me to sign an 18 month contract, I asked them,"would you sign a contract with a company that can't send out a single good product in 6 tries?" no answer to that one. If the next one doesn't work, I've been scouting the sale papers for Direct TV specials. I've been thrilled with my service till the original unit screwed up, lots of channels for a fair price, and having two DVR setups is great. But if they can't get it right, I'm moving on. I've been nice, but the last time I showed my a$$ when they wanted me to sign a contract to get a new unit.
