One of co-workers thinks this is photoshopped. *I disagree.

Another co-worker noticed a cord in the air that seems to extend from the guy in the water to the stern end of the bull. *He suggested someone played a joke on the guy by tying a line between his foot and the bull's dangly parts. *

Now that'd be one heck of a practical joke!
