A question for all the lawmen:
Has there ever been a study that shows the difference between legally
owned guns and the amount of illegally used guns
in crimes?
My point in this is a statement I have heard many times,
if guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns.
No I am not a member of NRA or any other group.
I am just John Q. Public.
