Synopsis
High pressure will stretch from the Atlantic to the Gulf Coast through early this week. Although winds will diminish today...moderate east swells will continue. A weak back door cold front will move inland from the coastal waters Monday...followed by a slight increase of winds. A long fetch of onshore winds will direct another swell into the coastal waters causing seas to build further Tuesday through Wednesday. A high pressure ridge will then settle southward toward central Florida by Thursday...allowing winds and seas to finally lessen.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream based on satellite data as of Saturday March 24 at 6 PM... 41 nautical miles east of Ponce Inlet. 31 nautical miles east of Port Canaveral. 24 nautical miles east of Sebastian Inlet. 17 nautical miles east of Fort Pierce inlet.
