Reading my manual it appears you have a cross-flow engine with the very basic ignition system. Do like SKOOLS said and swap the coil leads around and see if the problem follows the coil or if it follows the lead coming out of the powerpack. If you got spark to 2 cylinders your stator can most likely be ruled as good, which leaves your timer base and powerpack. If you've got a peak reading volt meter(must be a peak reading volt meter or an analog with the adaptor to test it) you can go through and check to see if you've got a charge coming out of all 4 leads on your timer base. But try swapping the leads or swap the coils from one side to the other.
