You got that right, and here in NJ the commercial guys are supposed to be so many miles out, we see them dragging a few hundred yards off the beaches late in the afternoon all the time, no one seems to care or try to catch them. I can't imagine what they are doing at night. How many fluke are they catching and/or killing when they do that >:(
