Also, with gorilla glue it can be cleaned up with mineral spirits while still damp. Once dry a sharp chishel will remove any excess. Titebond will not bridge gaps but Gorilla will. Gorilla works well on oiley woods. However, if you think the gorilla or other glues will get on clamps or clamping blocks put wax paper between the clamps or blocks for a no stick surface. Suggest you wearing gloves while using Gorilla. You won't need screws except to attach the hardware.
