Thats funny that you said that. An officer myself, a few years back I passed a Trooper who was in the right lane just cruising. He turns around and pulls me over and chews me the riot act. The nerve of this Trooper. Hell, I had Troopers off duty doing 65 in a 25. When I went to pull them over, badges or there trooper hats be hanging out the window. I'd smile and let on there way. But this super Trooper wanted to break my stones.
Since then I never clicked well with Troopers in Delaware. they think they are better then the town and city cops.
