The way mine is set up, those through hulls are connect with tubes
to the well shown by the red arrow.
I have to put corks in the well, so water does not come into the boat.
There are drain holes from that well to the outside of the hull, just on either side of the motor.
You can see the through hull just to the right of the motor
on the anti foul line. There is one just like it on the left side.
