Well, I took the boat out, hmm and the wifey went to. ;D Threw in 6 gallons of high test and off we went.
She ran great ! ;D It was a bit choppy in the ocean so we stayed in the bay. Looked for a shipwreck in the bay with no luck. I still cant figure out that Garmin gps I have. I do a chart plotter on my computer, save it to the gps unit, go out and still cant find the wrecks >:( >:( >:(
The full enclosure was great, really holds in the heat of the day. Also, no more screaming to talk. Only down fall I found was, in the past when the windshield got splashed with saltwater, that was ok, simply look over the windshield. But when the enclosure gets wet as well, makes navigation abit hard at times. I did have some type of odd problem when coming in. My fish finder started beeping saying "High Volts" ????????
I looked at my battery guage, it was reading 15 volts. I was running at 28 mph when this alarm went off. Back in the canal when my speed was much slower, my volts were back down to 12 volts. Is this normal ??? going from 12 volts to 15 volts at times or differnt speeds ??
Hope I dont have an electrical problem :'(
Well, here a few pics. Would have taken more, but I thought I left the camera in the truck until I found it on the way back. >:(
