You will hate the 4 stroke 140!! Not even close to what a 200 will do!! I would not go less then a 150 and seeing that you are going 4 stroke you will have to go more to compensate for the low out put os a 4 stroke.

I have been told the they went to SS in the Yamaha in 94 ?? Not sure this is right but I have heard 93 before none the less you have a 91 so I bet it is steel!
