That's kinda sorta funny, I think. :-/
Abs are non-existant. Trust me. Nothin but a motorcycle tire around the mid-section. Last time I saw my abs was in college when UPS worked the dog crap outta me every night for 3 1/2 hours.
I haven't worked out in 15 years, but I get plenty of exersize like boating, fishing, blowing leaves, walking the fields for arrowheads, deer hunting, washing cars, building my copper lighting, walking from my car to work and then from work to my car, servicing my wife, and walking up the steps in my house several times a day.
Basically, my work never ends and I don't forsee a time in the future when I would have time to go to the gym.
