Phester, it happened before, but not to me. Guy in another was on a complaint, pulled his gun, cocked the hammer back, but never decocked teh hammer when the incident was over. Went back to the station to use the bathroom. As he was taking off his duty belt, the gun fired and struck him in his toe. ;D
