he was arrested for public drunk. officer teal's father is a judge that is currently up on charges for selling verdicts. i was arrested once for a ticket that i had paid and had the reciept in my wallet... anyway, when put into the room where you change into ur jumpsuite teal rushed in and with the help of to others drug me down the hall and threw me in the holding tank naked. when he was a guard at the juvenile center he wass accused of several beatings and 3 murders that were ruled suicides.these (several years ago) made national headlines and were featured on 60 minutes. these kids apparently beat the crap outta themselves befor hanging thereselves. the fact that he killed this guy with a kid who was visiting the jail for a school project watching shows that he hadno fear of any consequences. and suggest to me that this was regular behavior for him.
