Fishbone...you gotta set it up to suit the way you use it...if mine (like MJ), I'd toss the double, put another Capt's chair on port side and have two folders to carry passengers when needed...

where you've indicated repositioning the capt's chair...is that the fuel tank hatch?...if so, be SURE fasteners don't contact that tank ;) ...
