oil tank goes in the boat somewhere and has a hose and wiring to the motor.the lifting eye i made mine out of an old com-a-long, the manual go ahead and buy the factory service manual for it, save money don't buy those other crappy ones. just get an "ER" factory manual. and as the turning over just hook the hot to the starter lug for the hot wire from the relay and the touch the the block where ever with ground she will turn over if the starter is good. it will havefire at that time as well so remove all plugs so it doesn't try to fire up on ya.
