Great looking motor what a deal i got one of my 140's the same way except yours looks better outside by a ton. change the northern *t stat covers for southern covers and it will run cooler. that motor is built for the north.
Southern T stat covers with head over flow.
Northern T Stat covers no over flow or tie lines
see here the t cover has hoses connecting them and one leaving to the pisser on the motor lower cover
