I my 1975 165 I/O The belt was change at sea by me!! But you don't need to remove the whole motor mount!!
If you look to the right of the front of the engin all you need to do is remove two bolts from the motor mount to the engin, and a spacer will come out. Now your able to change no problem.
The problem I had was it is a very small space over the 2 pullys and it is tuff stuffing the new belt in.
