I/O needs to be getting water all the time!! To be able to fill the motor, if you have FWC system it needs water to get to the exchange boxes!
Never run with out water full blast!!
Niow I have had mine to 3000 RPM's for quick test, and I belive I was told never to run more then 2000 for prolonged times.
And I followed that to the letter and never had a problem.
