I have never tryed to copy the diamond pattern in the original floor.

But IMO with the patch's you need to do, I think what you should do is, repair floor were needed, sand,and repaint the hole floor.
Not only will this make the hole floor match in color, but then you can add what ever you want for media to the paint for a non slip deck.

They have sand, plastic beads and all kinds of things.
