FWIW...::) the deposit was to hold the boat till he was free to launch and run it with me. He agreed to consider a reasonable offer after running the boat and it was also agreed that if we couldnt come to terms that the deposit would be returned.
I am interested in your opinion Seakindly as to the value of this rig as described.
