Default Todays Repairs on Hammer's V-20

Well, as cold at it was today, 39 degree's, I decided to go work on the boat. As I sat and looked at the boat...with grinder in hand, I was annoyed at these two stress crack in the gelcoat. So I plugged in the grinder and went to town on two skegs. It turned out to be a harder job today because of the colder weather. The West System was taking to long to set up and I was working against the clock as it was already mid after noon. I done better work as far as fairing goes, but the colder weather made it a ***** to work with. I for-see alot more sanding and fairing to get it right. Gonna let it cure for a few days first before I start to sand. Here are a few pics. of what I have and what I did. Notice how some spots of the fiberglass is yellow, I believe that is fiberglass that came in contact with water maybe. The darker color fiberglass seemed harder. So with some cloth and West System, the repairs should be stronger then the entire hull.
