I think it is a high speed hydro foil, supposed to be up and running for a couple of years now.
Hey Oz I was checking out those lakes on the maps, they are some big puppies huh! Are they shallow classic bass fishing type lakes or are they deep water hold everything type lakes.One of my buddies fished a lake in Georgia he said was huge but it was shallow and warm water only fishery, packed solid with bass boys on low slung rocket boats flying all over.
