The lower units are interchangable on all blackmax motors. There were a few different gear ratios offered depending on the model.
1.87:1, 2:1. 1.78:1, etc. There are a few other parts that you need to swap aswell.
I think shipping is about $60, but you could always have them put in a 20" shaft too . . . that shouldn't cost too much.
