Yui can't see it in this picture but I have a short bungee cord that hooks to the chain and cleat to kepp it snug on the Pulpit.
The other cleats are just for anchoring the boat, you run the rope thur them so it doesn't chaff on the hull.
Yes the pulpit need to be thur bolted!! I have 1/4" dimond plate as a backer underneath.
Some 5200 and it will never leak!
Roller is only thur bolted to the pulpit.
