not much more than a new outboard+bracket+transom mod

they use way way less fuel than outboard....Popular Mechanics says they use 50% less fuel than 150hp Optimax on identical boats. 50% less fuel = twice the range or half the price to operate

anyone got 11 grand I can borrow??????
