Eric, yeah I noticed that guy "relaxing". Losers in the biggest sense of the word!
The article said the technology was developed by the military for use on large aircraft carriers and such to keep the enemy from coming aboard using small boats and such.
I'd say it saved several lives that day! Its a good thing the ship had it, or no telling what might have happened!
