Well, been trying to liven up the fishing section, but having tech issues. Wife and I went on Mother's Day and caught 3 nice pompanos and 6 good whiting. had a great time brought home some fish. Have some pictures, but can't post them. apparently Imgur site is down and has been for a while.
Baked the largest pompano Monday night,
Blackened the 2 smaller ones Tuesday night,
Having whiting fish tacos tonight!!
